Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Our products are not sealed, and it is not possible to verify if they have been used once they leave our facility. Therefore, we are unable to offer returns for any items purchased.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Refund Amount: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will issue a refund of 50% of the product’s original purchase price.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Provide us with a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective product.

Exchanges
